When to book a call

• Not sure you have burnout despite our test
• Struggling to know what to do first
• Getting stuck in the burnout recovery process
• Not getting help from GP or workplace
• Worry about burnout getting worse or repeating
• Not clear about how best to return to work

Planning the  call 

• Ideally do our burnout test first if you haven't already
• And make a basic agenda
• Or a list of questions & concerns
• If you have also watched the video and completed our questionnaire (accessed after the test)  - this will help things along and ensure we have plenty to talk about
