  • please use an entry name - it does not have to be your full name or could be a nickname or nom de plume
  • use the mute button on your handset so your back ground noise does not add to the call
  • if you are a speaking participant please wait until others have finished speaking or until the facilitator asks you to contribute ( this ensures speakers don't talk over each other)
