- why people default to these
- how they can help or hinder burnout recovery
- why a tailored individual "one size does not fit all" approach to burnout is more advisable
- that you are one step closer to a life without burnout

Burnout is a topic that many people write about.
And some offer tips and solutions - ways out of burnout.
Some are experts of several years who have done short (1-10 days) courses on various techniques.
Some are past sufferers of burnout.. also experts in away but with a case experience of "one". But many are not experts with decades of experience.
It is the Geese' collective opinion that these ten ways.... do not work. At best they all have significant limitations. At worse... assuming that only one will work or even pinballing between them can in fact cause burnout to
- go underground
- go cyclical
- become more entrenched
- foster a sense of hopelessness
That said - there are merits in each of the ten. When used logically as part of a comprehensive holistic approach to burnout - many of them do have a role to play.
This course explains the ten, why they rarely resolve burnout, why some merely postpone the resolution of burnout and what you might get out of them.
