You can also play it to work colleagues who you think may be suffering burnout.
Accessing accurate information on burnout
This is not always easy.
A major challenge with burnout is knowing precisely what it is and why it is (highly) advisable to tackle it (and NOT deny it).
The internet is full of information on burnout - not all of it entirely correct, usable or comprehensive - or it is not delivered in a way that impacts upon burnout in any meaningful way. Rather too many stickling plaster suggestions for tackling burnout abound.
It is also very easy to keep patching or ignoring your burnout in the hope it will just somehow magically go away. It may seem to get a bit better only to return ( the truth being it did not ever really go away).
Luckily the friendly burnout geese have method & structure to make tackling burnout feel achievable.
Free or paid
As you have found - some of our resources are free but we do have some more comprehensive paid for services and courses under our wings. These require a bit more commitment of time too but they do facilitate a more profound and complete resolution
Once we have the scoping questionnaire and test back - we are in a better position to advise "what next".
