But why take a test?

The test on its own is only an indication of likely burnout. There are other ways of confirming burnout which we can advise upon when and if you share your score. Different levels of burnout may need different approaches and we make some suggestions if you choose to share your score ( entirely optional). The test can help to kickstart a "goodbye to burnout". You can do this with the geese or if you have the right support at your work and feel able to broach it with them - great.
